  • Check-in is normally from 3:00 p.m., but on request we can check if it’s possible for you to enter the apartment a little earlier.

    Check-out is required by 10:00 a.m. so that we have enough time to prepare the rooms for the next guests.

  • The prices can be found on the booking platforms such as Airbnb. They are set dynamically and depend on demand and the specific booking period. You are also welcome to contact us directly for an offer.

  • We use a keyless check-in system. You only need to enter a 6-digit PIN code at the doors to gain access. You will receive the code from us before your arrival.

  • Although we are very fond of animals ourselves, it is unfortunately not economically feasible for us due to the increased cleaning effort and higher wear and tear on the furniture.

  • No. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

  • Of course. We provide the bed linen and towels. If your apartment has an outdoor sauna, sauna towels are also included.

  • Yes. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

  • Yes. Each apartment has both a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine.

  • Yes. We have several washer-dryers in a separate room right behind the front door.

  • Our cleaning staff will take care of cleaning the apartment after your departure. Of course, nobody will mind if you tidy up a bit before leaving.
    We also provide compact cordless vacuum cleaners in each apartment, in case you’d like to quickly vacuum something yourself during your stay.

  • Next to the main building, we have built a small, enclosed wooden house specifically for this purpose, among others. Access works with the same PIN code that you can also use for all other doors.

  • We can check that for you upon request. Of course, this depends on whether other guests are arriving for your apartment that day, as we would otherwise not have enough time to clean it for the next guests. Short extensions of 1 or 2 hours we try to make possible free of charge. Beyond that, we have to check individually, as the electricity costs for the whirlpool and sauna are not insignificant.

  • The nearest restaurant is just across the street – and it’s really good, too. 🙂

    A bakery (Bäckerei Spindler) is also just around the corner.

    For a supermarket you currently still need a car (e.g. drive to Türkismühle), but there are plans for a supermarket to reopen in the village.

  • It’s only a 3-minute drive to the main parking area at Lake Bostalsee. But you can also easily get there by bike along the field paths.

  • For the Signature and Pure Apartments, there is usually no minimum stay for short-term bookings. For the Superior Apartment, however, we generally had to set a minimum stay of at least 2 nights due to the higher cleaning effort.

    Depending on the booking period, there may also be a minimum stay for the other apartments, as this is managed dynamically and based on demand by an automated tool. As a general guideline: the further in advance you book, the more likely it is that a minimum stay will apply to the Signature and Pure Apartments as well.
